Enjoy learning easy, gentle movements that increase your flexibility, improve your posture and enhance your sense of vitality.
The Bones for Life program for osteoporosis prevention strengthens bones, aligns the spine and puts the spring back into your step.  The Feldenkrais Method improves performance finesse, movement efficiency and ease in everyday tasks.

Finally! A Sounder Sleep class in the Boston area!
Monday evenings, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. - Instructor:  Josh Schreiber

Master the skill of calming your own body and mind. Learn a wide variety of moving meditations, Day Tamers and lulling Mini-Moves, to find the ones that work for you! Gentle Feldenkrais® lessons will help you breathe easier, become more comfortable in general, and learn to roll over in bed (and even get up for a mid-night walk!) without waking yourself up more than the barest minimum.

The class will be tailored to the students present, making sure that each and every one finds the sleep they need. All techniques will be recorded and made available online for review at home.

Unwinding Wound Up Kids and Wakeful Babies Using Neurologically-based Practical Methods.
Instructor: Lauri Weinstein
Learn how to recognize what sensory experiences wind children up, and learn how to plan easy games that calm them back down.  In this session, participants will learn how to modify the environment for relaxation and sleep, and explore sensory diet games used to improve focus and attention.
